The delicate silver chain runs through a pure silver grain. The silver grain, or shot, is an “organic pearl” obtained during the smelting process. The molten metal, at about a thousand degrees Celsius, is poured from the crucible into a container of cold water, solidifying into the shape of grains.

These pieces are 40 cm long because we like them to rest at the base of the neck, as a subtle and intimate gesture.
