By purchasing a piece from María Lasarga, you are accepting the following terms and conditions.

We can ship parts worldwide within 3 business days of purchase. Shipping time is subject to the courier companies involved. Shipments are sent via certified mail. If you need more information, do not hesitate to contact us. Please note that it is important to understand that we cannot pay for any tariffs or taxes that may be applied to the product upon entering each country (such as VAT). It is impossible for us to know the tariffs and taxes for every territory. The recipient shall be responsible for the payment of taxes or VAT if applicable upon delivery.

Once the product has been dispatched, the risk of loss passes to the customer. If you have not received the product within 30 days of purchase, please notify us and we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue.

The pieces are handmade in small editions. Many of them are unique and one-of-a-kind. Once a piece is sold, it is no longer listed in the catalog, although there may be a delay between the purchase and the product being removed. If a product that has already been sold is purchased during that time, we will notify you and offer similar alternatives or issue a refund.

The pieces have a lifetime warranty. The company will cover any workshop errors, but not the misuse of the jewelry and the consequences this may have on the piece.
